Our recorder (the KDTR) is a fully integrated, intelligent and high quality telephone recording system. It is made with the latest microelectronics combined with computer disk storage technology to digitally keep track of all incoming and outgoing calls. It is the perfect choice of telephone recorder for business professionals including insurance and financial services, call centres and customer services, attorneys, law enforcement, medical professionals and executive offices.

The KDTR works independently and reliably to record all calls as it is not dependent on a PC or other hardware. With KDTR, you can keep track of all calls (incoming and outgoing) with reference to their phone numbers and caller IDs, time stamps of each call, and actual recorded phone conversations. Calls can be recorded before or after the PABX, and a variety of devices can be utilized simultaneously depending on the required number of channels (extensions) to be recorded, for example, for twenty extensions, an 8 channel and a 12 channel device could be combined.

The KDTR provides high quality sound messages with play, pause, forward, and rewind functions, and it can record up to 17 000 hours of actual conversations (recording length varies by models). KDTR recordings can be backed up onto disks or removable hard drives. Additionally, the KDTR can continuously record all calls by overwriting the oldest message once it reaches its maximum recording time. In that way, there is virtually no limit on message storage capacity.

When the authorized user wants to access or manage the messages recorded on the device, they can simply plug in the USB cable (along with the KDTR) to a PC and run the free management software.

The KDTR is very easy to operate and user-friendly. The authorized user is able to select, sort, search, play and print out details of all recorded phone calls. They are also able to easily manage voice files for archive purposes and perform data sharing via WAVE file functionality. There is also an optional handheld player available, with which you can review the recordings and listen to the recorded voice without a PC.

The KDTR management software is based on and compatible with Windows from 98SE.
